Suriya took a tough decision that the situation which happened in the film Vanangan would happen with Vadivasal as well.

Fans see Suriya as an acting monster who was intimidated by the role of a Rolex in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram. Due to his acting, the film Onegan, which was being made under the direction of Bala, was stopped midway.

Because he made some changes to the story of the film, he decided that it would not be a set for Suriya and shelved the film. Now, many fans are worried that the same situation will happen with Vaadivasal as well. Because Suriya is starring in a historical film tentatively titled Suriya 42 directed by Siruthai Siva.

Vetimaaran has asked for more time saying that only half the story of Vadivasala will be released. As a result, it is confirmed that Suriya will star in the Sudha Kongara-directed film in April.
