Living in showbiz is not easy, one has to take care of looking fit and feeling good on screen. Actress Adah Sharma has shared her morning routine, which does not seem easy.
Adah Sharma, who is currently riding high on the success of her latest release ‘The Kerala Story’, is also a trained Kathak dancer and trained in martial arts like Kalaripayattu and Mallakhamb.
So how does she start her day?
Adah Sharma told IANS, “I start my day with three liters of salt water, which is followed by a process called Shankha Prakshalana, which is a process of cleansing the entire intestinal tract after yoga asanas. Mid morning I drink a glass of neem juice.
She also keeps herself well hydrated.
What about workout?
“I start my workout with Tratak which is a meditation which involves staring at a point on a lamp flame for 13 minutes. Silambam practice 20 minutes, nunchakku practice 40 minutes, mudgal practice 15 minutes.”
On the work front, Adah Sharma will next be seen sharing screen space with actor Shreyas Talpade in the upcoming thriller ‘The Game of Chameleon’, which is based on the infamous ‘Blue Whale Game’ that has become hugely popular among the youth in recent times.
Youth around the world were constantly attracted to the sport and it became a major point of discussion as ‘The Blue Whale’ challenge associated with the sport resulted in several dangerous incidents and deaths.
