Amidst all the #Boycott trend and other online hate, Allu Arjun’s post an interview for Pushpa: Uday’s success is resurfacing, and his statement is now making a lot of sense. In conversation with Pinkvilla, Allu When asked if he will change his script selection as he has become a pan-India star, the actor said, “I want to be very authentic. I think if you are authentic in your own language, people will feel authenticity in other languages as well. So, I feel I should make a great Telugu film, which will be well received in other languages as well.”
Furthermore, in the same conversation, Allu Arjun admitted that one should not tarnish the authenticity of a language. He added, “I don’t think we should pollute that much, it’s okay to just adjust a little here and there, but I don’t think we should pollute the authenticity of your own language.”
