Reports suggest that the insurance company has refused to pay for Amber Heard saying that Johnny Depp He was defamed ‘intentionally’ and ‘maliciously’. Not one, but two insurance companies have moved the court and filed a lawsuit against them. Amber Heard To free himself from paying further for damages. New York Marine and General Insurance Company filed a lawsuit against Amber in the US District Court for the Central District of California on Friday, reports Law & Crime. Reports suggest that the actress had a $1 million liability policy with the company, with which she could pay a portion of the damages caused to Johnny. As decided in the lawsuit, Amber Heard was asked by the court to pay $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages. However, if Amber is found to have committed ‘deliberate’ and ‘malicious’ misconduct, the insurance company may refuse payment, say reports.
