Actress Amrita Khanvilkar, who won praise for her performance in the first song “Chandra” from her upcoming film “Chandramukhi”, says it was special to reunite with music director duo Ajay-Atul for the song.

“I am a huge fan of music composed by Ajay-Atul sir. I feel a strong emotional connection with him as I have worked with him before. He has always been there to bless me at every important stage of my life and I couldn’t be happier to be associated with him again for ‘Chandramukhi’.”

Actress Amrita Khanvilkar will be seen playing the role of a Lavani dancer in the film Chandramukhi, whose life takes a different turn due to some unforeseen events.

Based on the book by Vishwas Patil, the film is directed by Prasad Oak and is slated to release on April 29.
