last month, Sonam Kapoor Announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Anand Ahuja. The actress had posted on Instagram, “Four hands. To raise you the best we can. Two hearts. He will fall in unison with you, every step of the way. One family. Who will shower you with love and support. We can’t wait to welcome you in. #everyday event #coming this fall 2022.” Anil Kapoor He had also shared, “Now preparing for the most exciting role of my life – Dadaji!! Our lives will never be the same again and I couldn’t be more grateful! @sonamkapoor and @anandahuja you have made us so happy with this incredible news!”
Now, while talking to Hindustan Times, Anil Kapoor opened up about Sonam Kapoor’s pregnancy and said that she would be a ‘perfect mother’. The actor said, “Sonam is a perfectionist in whatever she does. And I am sure she would be a perfect mother too. The way she has been – I have been to her London home, Delhi home and now her The Mumbai house is also getting ready and it is absolutely beautiful and luxurious – she has taken aesthetics from her mother and her grandmother, and of course her maasi (Kavita Bhambhani Singh). So, all the ladies in the house have her (well Taste). And they have all been great mothers, great wives and housewives, and I am sure Sonam will be like that too.”
The veteran actor also revealed that the actress is looking forward to getting back to work soon. Anil said, ‘People just love him. He has not been released for a long time, but people still remember him. The kind of work she has done, the body of work (to her credit), and the few special movies she’s done, I’m sure she’s going to do even better movies when she gets back to work . She looks forward to getting back to work very soon.”
Sonam has already shot for the film Blind. But, the release date of the film has not been announced yet. There were reports that the film might get an OTT release, but no official announcement has been made about it.
