The ongoing controversy over Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s drug case is not taking its name to stop. In October last year, the star type became the talk of the town when he was caught by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) during a raid on a cruise ship. After busting the drug racket on October 2, 20 people including Munmun Dutta, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohk Jaswal, Vikrant Chhokar, Gomit Chopra and Arbaaz Merchant along with Aryan Khan were detained by the NCB.
The star kid was in custody for almost a month and came out of jail in 2021, just a few days before Diwali.
Earlier this week, the NCB filed an application before the Mumbai sessions court seeking extension of 90 days to file the chargesheet. Now in the latest development in the Aryan Khan drug case, a Mumbai court has given an additional 60 days to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the NCB to file a chargesheet in the cruise ship drug racket.
According to the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), the authorities were to file the chargesheet within 180 days of the registration of the FIR, which was filed in October.

Reportedly Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan A case was registered under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) for possession, consumption, sale/purchase, conspiracy and abetment of prohibited drugs.
Online media reports also stated that some of the accused deliberately gave wrong passwords of mobile/laptop/tablet which are in NCB custody.
