Urfi Javed and the kind of clothes she wears gets a lot of criticism. Farah Ali Khan, Chahat Khanna are among the few celebrities who have shamed the actress by objecting to it. But now it is Bigg Boss 7 fame Sofia Hayat who is now supporting her and instead blaming the media for patting the young male mind for using words like ‘topless’. Scroll down for all the details.
As most know, oorfie Bigg Boss OTT caught everyone’s attention when she made a dress out of a garbage bag. Since then, she’s made looks out of electrical cords, foil paper, watches and more! While she is showing her creative side, many people are constantly trolling her and writing mean things in the comment section.
Bigg Boss 7 contestant Sofia Hayat has now come out in the open and defended Urfi Javed. She tells ETimes, “I think people are hypocrites against women. Urfi is either doing this to earn a lot of money because that’s the mentality in Bollywood or she just wants to get attention and know how to show off skin. Works. However I have to say that when Indian media uses the words topless, it is not true. Topless would mean showing your bare breasts, so the media itself is also responsible for the title of young Indian male mind.”
Sophia Hayat said, “Money and fame are prized over morality in India. When I was in Bigg Boss… I chose not to appear in the finale because I wanted to show that my morals are stronger than wanting more fame and money. Urfi I haven’t shown my body obscenely, and if some men hate it because they find women’s nudity shameful, that’s their problem. I’m not for or against Urfi. If I’m in bikini on Instagram I get more hits and more media attention”
not just that, Sofia Hayat also warns Urfi Javed to be careful or she may fall victim to Bollywood’s sexual advances.
