The film has got a limited and targeted release across 409 screens only. and despite the release Rani Mukherjee Starrer family drama Mrs. Chatterjee Vs Norway, Zwigato has managed to do decent business. Zwigato has received considerable critical acclaim. The buzz is just increasing and the makers are hoping that the business will also pick up the pace. As it is, There is already a 25 per cent jump in business on Saturday as compared to Friday.

Kapil Sharma definitely shines in Jwigato. The comedian is seen in a role very different from the usual and he effectively portrays the frustrations and helplessness of a lower-working-class man.
