Quiet: Revenge of the Artist, The film which is a psychological crime thriller, stars Sunny Deol, Shreya Dhanwantri and Pooja Bhatt along with Dulquer. The film is being directed by R Balki. Recently, the actor revealed how his father Mammootty was criticized when he started his career.
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Dulquer revealed that Mammothy was ill-treated by critics. The actor revealed that he was too young to understand that his father was being criticized. He had heard stories of his father being written. Mammothy told Dulquer that in the ’80s people thought his career was over. Now he doesn’t even know where the one who used to write hurtful things is.
Dulquer further revealed that he and his father are no longer influenced by people. He doesn’t feel that those who influenced him in 2012 are still troubling him. Mute The actor further added that he only reads about negative things but he is not tracking who these people are.

However, the actor has admitted that he is his father Mammootty’s biggest fan. He should be because Mammootty is considered the god of Malayalam cinema. Recently, there were rumors doing the rounds that both the father-son duo will share the screen space in Bilal. However, Dulquer Salmaan said in an interview that he is still waiting for the day when he will be able to share screen space with his father.
Talking about Bilal, it is a sequel to Big B which became a big hit in 2007. The first half of the film revolves around the character’s bond with his siblings.
