Netflix’s Emily in Paris is a dream series and it undoubtedly is. The series starring Hollywood actress Lily Collins has managed to make the audience go head-to-head from its first season, and now its second season is currently released.

While people are busy showering love on the series, on the other hand it looks like some of them are busy showing their hatred towards the people. Display, by vandalizing the poster of the show in New York.

On Sunday (January 2), Emily in Paris fame Lily Collins took to her Instagram handle to share a funny picture of herself standing in front of a promotional poster of her show. The poster featured the actress and someone covering it in graffiti and giving Emily (Lily’s character) a very monstrous looking makeover that included red eyes.

Not only an image, but Lily Collins also shared a hilarious video in which her husband Charlie McDowell was seen running away looking at the savage promotional poster of Emily in Paris.

Actress Captioned her post which read, “Can’t say I love the new look, m. But A for the effort.”

Also, the recent Netflix show was in hot water with Ukraine’s Minister of Culture, Oleksandr Tkachenko. The minister is said to have recently issued a complaint to Netflix over the aggressively stereotypical portrayal of a Ukrainian character in Amelie in Paris.

Talking about the same in a Telegram post, Tkachenko wrote: “We have a caricature image of a Ukrainian woman which is unacceptable. It’s also insulting. Are Ukrainians viewed this way abroad?”

Ukrainian media has confirmed that the Minister of Culture has sent a letter to Netflix complaining about the portrayal of the Ukrainian character Petra.

Meanwhile, right after the release of the second season of Emily in Paris, Lily Collins recently broke the news that the Netflix series will soon be getting its third season too!
