Specific: IFC Films have snapped up the North American rights to the new Owen Wilson comedy color From writer and director Britt McAdams.
Based on the screenplay of The Blacklist 2010, color follows Vermont’s No. 1 public television painter Carl Nagle, who’s convinced he has it all: a signature perm, custom van, and fans hanging on his every stroke… until a younger, better artist Doesn’t steal everything (and everyone) Carl loves. The picture will get a theatrical release on April 28, 2023 and will stream exclusively on AMC+ later that year.
