Jury in Oscar-winning actor̵7;s sex crimes trial kevin spacey It has been sent to start discussions.
The 63-year-old Hollywood star has denied nine allegations, including one of sexual assault, which were allegedly made between 2001 and 2013.
Mr Justice Wall sent the jury to consider its verdict on Monday at 12.45pm GMT (3.45pm PT).
During the high-profile trial at Southwark Crown Court, each of Spacey’s four accusers gave evidence, describing him as a “vile sexual predator”, “slippery” and “atrocious, despicable, disgusting”.
Jurors have been charged against three men for allegedly “aggressive” crotch grabs, while a fourth complainant accused the defendant of drugging her and having sex with her while she was asleep in his flat.
Under questioning by Spacey’s attorney, Patrick Gibbs Casey, all denied seeking financial gain, attempting to advance their careers, or giving false details to the jury.
Spacey himself called the allegations against him “crazy” and “stabbing in the back”, and told jurors that he had “no power wand that I waved in people’s faces whenever I wanted someone to go to bed with me”.
The Hollywood star has denied seven counts of sexual assault, one count of engaging a person in sexual activity without consent and one count of engaging in penetrative sexual activity without consent.
High-profile defense witnesses include Elton John, David Furnish and Chris Lemmon, son of Jack Lemmon.
