Popular South Indian actor Kishore has clarified that there was no connection between the suspension of his Twitter account and his controversial post on the film ‘Kantara’.
,Kantara‘ and ‘She’ fame actor Kishore’s Twitter account revealed that it has been suspended and soon the news went viral. Right-wingers celebrated the news and others extended their support to the actor.
During this, Kishore said that his account has been hacked. “I usually share my opinion on Facebook and Instagram. I rarely share opinion on Twitter. People have told me about suspension of Twitter handle through other social media.
“When I verified, it was found that the account was suspended on December 20. This is the handiwork of hackers. I don’t know what the hackers posted on my handle.
He reiterated, “There is no connection between my post on the film ‘Kantara’ and the suspension of my account.”
Kishore is also an activist and speaks openly.
He had supported popular actress Sai Pallavi’s statement comparing the killings and killings of Kashmiri Pandits to those of Muslims. He questioned the media taking a stand on the actress and also questioned whether it is a crime for actors/actresses to have social opinions?
