Re-living the era with the melodious and timeless songs of the legendary singer is a truly wonderful experience for all Indians. In the latest episode of the show, Sonu Nigam has made an interesting disclosure.

One such incident was shared by a lead singer, Sonu Nigam on the show when Lata ji sang at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
“When Lataji got the opportunity to perform at the Royal Albert Hall, she was a bit skeptical. It was one of the most prestigious venues to perform and it was a matter of pride for any singer to perform at that prestigious venue. Lata Mangeshkar was the first Indian singer to perform at the Royal Albert Hall. It was an honor not only for her but for all Indians as well.” Sonu Nigam said.
Sonu Nigam And Javed Ali also shared an incident which shows why Latadi was, is and will always be a legend.
“There was a huge concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London where Lata Madam He was about to perform and Dilip sahib was about to introduce him. As soon as Dilip sahib introduced him, Lataji came on the stage without slippers. When Dilip Kumar saw this he told Lataji that this is England, you may be sick but Lataji refused and said that I never sing a song wearing chappals because it is a prayer for me.
