As the producer and founder of Music 24 Records, he has introduced many new artists to the industry. Talking about this growing demand, he says, “After the introduction of social media platforms, people have become more excited to showcase their talent!”
Darpan Banageja also highlighted how audience demand has brought newcomers to the top. He says, “People get bored easily, and they want to see new faces and hear some new artistes every now and then. To meet their demands, we have to find more new talents and bring them to the fore. Thus, this is also the reason why you are experiencing more new artistes. Also, these talents bring freshness with them. Their skills are unique.”
When asked why music labels are showing interest in new talent instead of known names, he says, “Well, there is no hard and fast rule. Some songs are performed well by a renowned artist. However, some music videos are in need of newness, thus we hunt for new talent.”
Darpan Bangeja rose to fame after releasing Ozzy Studios, a series of heart-touching songs sung by renowned artistes like Salman Ali, Aditya Narayan, Pratibha Singh Baghel, Divya Kumar, etc. Moreover, he has already released many hit music. Videos like Disco Wali Raat, Mushkurana Tera, Janaza, etc., and many more Haryanvi and Punjabi songs in the pipeline.
The makers will also release the Malayalam film Live, starring Mamta Mohandas, Soubin Shahir, Shine Tom Chacko and Priya Prakash Varrier. It is directed by two-time National Award winner VK Prakash. Darpan has always used his skills to entertain people, and we hope he continues to do so.
