Pathan Box Office Day 3 (Early Trends): All hail Shah Rukh Khan, because this superstar is here to stay! Fans waited with bated breath for 4 years to see their favorite on the big screen. It was a ‘stay or go’ situation for Shah Rukh Khan, whose career came to a screeching halt after the debacle of Zero. Well, he is back and back with a bang!
Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film’s first two days total collection 127.50 crores (123 crores in Hindi). The film became a landmark affair on the first day not only in Hindi but in the worldwide market. Bollywood needed a revival and Shah Rukh Khan gave us the best possible.
Today was a normal working day and definitely the collections are not in the league like the previous two days. But they definitely surpassed the expectations and the film maintained its strong momentum at the ticket window. According to early trends flowing in, Pathan Bringing the collection in the range of 34-36 crores It is an absolutely great catch on the third day and the film is enjoying a good repeat audience.
The morning show saw a good opening but after the afternoon show, Pathan performed beyond expectations and now the night shows are doing really well too.
And with this, the total collection of Pathan comes to an end 161.50 to 163.50 cr (Including all languages) in just 3 days. This is truly an earth-shaking total, considering the fact that 2 of the 3 days were normal working days. KGF Chapter 2 (Hindi) grossed 143.64 crores During the same period but clearly, Shahrukh Khan has gone way beyond that number.
The coming weekend will see further increase in viewership, so in true sense Shahrukh Khan Gearing up for a massive clash at the box office. Foreign collections have also been highly favourable, contributing extensively around the world.
