“After Magadheera, I made a very short film with a comedian, Maryada Ramanna, as one of the protagonists. So the mindset is the same. Why did I do Maryada Ramanna… because I got an exciting story. Why I did Makkhi (Eega, in Telugu)… Because I got an exciting story. Why did I do Magadheera or Baahubali or Yamadonga again, because I found some exciting story. Once I get it (story), whether it is big or small, it doesn’t matter. I never feel the pressure of the audience’s expectations. In fact, it’s a boost for my energy – if so many people are expecting you to tell a good story, you have a lot of people as the first audience. You have a guaranteed audience.
