Rego B aka Swastik Bansal On His Album ‘Talking to the Moon’ Becoming Global Sensation, “I Believe My Grandfather Is Watching Me”

The next song from Rego B’s International Hits music album “Talking to the Moon” is out

Global sensation Rego B, the 13-year-old first and youngest Indian artist, makes an album of global chartbusters. With the blessings of his late grandfather, Disco King Shri Bappi Lahiri, he launched another song in the album titled “Talking to the Moon”. All the songs in the album are covers of global chartbusters. Rego is the first and only singer in India to introduce this unique concept. Shot with a live band, India’s youngest rock star vows to put India on the global map “from legendary music icons like Justin Bieber, Freddie Mercury, Adele, Stevie Wonder, Charlie Puth, Bruno An album full of songs by no one else has ever been released by Mars, The Beatles and Bryan Adams all stalwarts of the international music scene and many more globally renowned artists. It would not be wrong to say that the little kid Rego B aka Swastik Bansal shares an uncanny resemblance with music maestro Late Shri Bappi Lahiri. Rego, who is just thirteen years old, took the Indian music scene by storm with his single Bachcha Party which crossed 5 million views and has featured in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss, Sa Re Ga Ma, Dance India Dance with Madhuri Dixit. Nene and Indian put up a confident presence alongside her grandfather. Idol where he sang Disco Dancer as a tribute to his grandfather, Rego, who began singing at the age of two, crediting his grandfather for his interest in western and classical music.

Rego B, a student, a national and an international star who is juggling his studies along with music, admits that it is really tough, however, it is worth it when music is a passion.

He was born in a family of musicians. When he was 2 years old, he started taking music lessons from his mother and grandfather. Rego is studying music at RSL Rock Music in London and taking professional training under singer and music coach YV Burnett who coaches Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran and many more Samantha who also coaches renowned global singers .

An actor by passion, Rego can sing in seven languages: Italian, Spanish, English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu and rap. He also sang Despacito in Spanish on his cover.

Rego also sing Bhajans, Shlokas and Ganesh Vandan and Hanuman Chalisa. His Bollywood are favorite Arijit SinghBadshah and Raftaar.

From the age of 4, he started performing live on stage with his grandfather Bappi Lahiri. Apart from Bachcha Party, he has lent his excellent vocals for “Football Is My Dream” (2018), Kal Chhoti Hai (2021) and many more.

Carrying forward the legacy of music, Rego is the fourth generation of musicians in the Lahiri family, his great grandfather Bansari Lahir being the first woman musician, Bappi Lahiri, Rema and Bappa Lahiri and now Rego.

Despite being busy with academics, Rego has taken an oath to make his family and country proud.

Even though he is still young, Rego has already set his eyes on musical supremacy by following in his famous grandfather’s footsteps. Well, Rego’s work in the Indian music industry is being loved worldwide!
