Morris was fined $50,000 for participating in the brawl. His Heat teammate Jimmy Butler was ordered to pay $30,000 “for escalating the controversy and refusing to comply with an NBA security interview.”

“It’s a stupid game, I feel bad,” Jokic said after the game. “I shouldn’t have reacted like that. I got hit. I saw him, but I thought it was just going to be like a foul. He hit me and I was like, ‘I think this one Dirty game,’ and I just needed to protect myself.”
Jokic and Markif Morris were both ejected after exchanging fouls during a Nuggets-heat.
