Rhea Chakraborty & Brother Showik Charged By NCB Over Consumption Of Drugs & Procuring, Paying For It For Sushant Singh Rajput!

The Narcotics Control Bureau has filed draft charges against Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Shoik in the drugs case involving Sushant Singh Rajput. As most recall, soon after SSR’s death, a drug angle emerged and several Bollywood stars were also allegedly found to be involved.

Many big names including Sara Ali Khan, Deepika PadukoneNCB had also called Shraddha Kapoor for questioning over her alleged involvement in drugs. All this happened when NCB started investigation from drug angle in Sushant’s death case. The CBI is also yet to come to a decision on his mysterious death.

According to PTI, Special Public Prosecutor Atul Sarpande said that the prosecution has upheld all the charges against all the accused mentioned in the chargesheet. The NCB has moved the court to accuse Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Shoik of abusing drugs and buying and paying them for Sushant Singh Rajput.

The court was to frame charges against all the accused, but many filed discharge applications, due to which the process could not be completed. Now charges will be filed as per the decisions taken on the discharge petitions.

It is also said that both Rhea Chakraborty and Shoik were present before the special court on Wednesday. The matter has now been posted for hearing on July 12 by Special Judge VG Raghuvanshi.

Meanwhile, it has been 2 years since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor passed away on June 14.
