Veteran actress Saira Banu on Friday took to her Instagram debut and shared an emotional picture in memory of her late husband and one of the greatest actors of all time, Dilip Kumar.

My loved one is asleep so my whole world is still – I urge him to wake up so that the world comes alive again in the wake of his awakening.
“To this day, I feel he is with me, and no matter what happens, we will still walk the path of life together – hand in hand – in our thoughts and together until the end of time. Dilip Sahab has been an iconic guide in my life and for all the generations who have moved forward in their lives, exemplified by his gracious presence and personality. He has been the greatest actor ever and a great human being, a true picture of humility with dignity,” she says.
