We all remember the Black Widow controversy as if it happened yesterday. All the drama between Scarlett Johansson and miracle/ Disney felt upon the film’s release that it would have a negative impact on the film. It certainly happened, as reports came in that the film lost $600 million Because of piracy.

The first film in Phase 4 of the MCU was a hybrid release, i.e. it premiered in both cinemas and OTT at the same time. Due to this the film became an easy target for pirates, and through this it lost millions. However, not all bad things happen.

A new report has surfaced in which it has been told that Black Widow has become the most searched movie of Disney+. According to Simplehouse, the Scarlett Johansson starrer is Disney’s most sought-after film. It is the most searched title in 99 countries, including the United States, Canada, and most of Western Europe.

Emma Stone is after Black Widow Cruella, which is the second most searched movie on the streaming platform. Luca, and Raya and the Last Dragon round out the streamer’s top four searched content. Talking about the MCU film, it was recently revealed that Scarlett Johansson will be producing a series based on it.

Rumors are rife that after burying the hat-trick with Disney, Scarlett is returning, but this time behind the camera. She will reportedly produce a series for Disney+ based on her character. Instead of a single protagonist, the said show will focus on an entire team of deadly operatives.

While these are just rumors and an official announcement is yet to be made on this. When it comes to Scarlett Johansson’s return as Black Widow, chances are slim. Avengers: Endgame saw the death of some major Avengers. In which Natasha Romanoff was also involved.
