Actresses Shanaya Kapoor and Zahara S Khan are all set to make their All India debut with veteran actor Mohanlal starrer ‘Vrishabh’. However, Shanaya was reportedly set to make her debut with Karan Johar’s film. But now, it looks like she will make her All India debut first.
Actor’s daughter Shanaya Sanjay KapoorRoshan will be seen starring opposite Meka, and will play the pivotal role of a man who bridges the gap between the past and present times of this epic action entertainer.
Talking about the same, Shanaya Kapoor said: “I am extremely excited to face the camera and start shooting, there will be a lot to learn and explore from this film. The story is interesting which is connected with me.
“Also, with all the big names attached to the film, and it being made on a massive scale, it is a role that any young actor would be excited and inspired to play, especially at the start of his career. Its a dream come true. with and Mohan Lal Sir, I am honored to be a part of ‘Vrishabh’. So grateful,” Shanaya Kapoor said.
On the other hand, India’s pop diva Zahra, daughter of yesteryear star Salma Agha, is also making her all-India debut with this film.
The period part of the film features Zahra playing a warrior princess opposite Roshan Meka in the lead female role and she has some major action sequences in the film.
Zahra shared: “‘Vrishabh’ my first all India release is a dream come true, I always wanted to be a part of a film with high caliber actors like Mohan sir and sharing screen space with him was a gift to me Is.” As an actor, the look and scale of the film is huge from periodical segment to present day.
“I am very excited to pair up with Roshan as I think he has got such a great presence on screen. I am eagerly waiting for everyone to see my character and the way it has shaped up, credit goes to our director Nanda sir. “Everyone can’t wait to see this epic film come to life,” he added.
The presence of Shanaya and Zahra promises to add a dose of glamor and adventure to this powerful saga.
The film is directed by Nanda Kishore.
The director added: “Both Shanaya and Zahara are perfect for their respective characters in terms of looks and skills. They are very talented and hardworking young actors and for me, as a director, I want to bring out the best in them. Our collaboration as actor and director is something I am looking forward to experience.
