“Viratha Parvam” director Venu Udugula said at a promotional event of the film that Rana Daggubati deserves praise for his work. Despite the fact that the heroine is the focus of the plot, Rana agreed to appear in ‘Virat Parvam’, which the director claims makes him humble.

There is good buzz ahead of the premiere of Rana and Sai Pallavi-starrer ‘Virat Parvam’. To boost the buzz, the makers of the film had earlier organized ‘Athmay Vedika’ event on Sunday.

Virata Parvam director Venu Udugula begins his remarks by thanking all the distinguished visitors and film crew members: “Warangal is the site where even failures are reborn as revolutions.”

And it is in such a state that I am affected by one of the deaths in 1992.

“When I learned that the particular death was linked to a number of political issues, I was shocked. So I decided to write a story about it, and I bring that story to you, which turned out to be a great love story.

“When I started writing the story, I started dreaming about this particular role, Vanella. This is not a typical girl’s love. It’s like Siddheshwari’s love for God ShivSo pure and holy. I am glad that Sai Pallavi accepted to play the role,” he continued.

Venu Udugula, director of Viraat Parvam, said: “Even though Rana deals with minor activities like presenting a short film or distributing a short film, everything he does turns it into an art piece. He did the same for this film. I would like to express my gratitude to Venela (heroine) for agreeing to perform in a film with an important role.

“Heroes of his stature may think twice to play a role of less importance for a hero. But, he is so humble. Mainly women should watch this film.”

Supported by Sudhakar Cherukuri of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, ‘Viratha Parvam’ cast includes Priyamani, Nandita Das, latest Chandra, Zarina Wahab, Ishwari Rao, and Sai Chand in pivotal roles.

‘Virat Parv’ will hit the theaters on July 17.
