    During a heart to heart conversation with Irrfan on his show Guftagu, Akki said, “Today is my son (Aarav). People ask, he will come only in films. I say it is not necessary. Why would I come to the movies? Why will you come? If he wants, he will come. If his mind seems elsewhere. I think of his mind painting. Now he doesn’t feel like it, so why should I force him to do films?

    Akshay Kumar further said, “Now I think a little bit about studying his mind. So he is the doer. His mind is engaged in painting-painting all the time. So I like it. Kar son is good. You do painting. Koi baat. No. What will happen in this?”
