A while back, Paul Rudd was named the living sex*est man by People magazine, and well, who wouldn’t agree. The 52-year-old actor has done some incredible work in the west and is very popular around the world. Today we bring you a throwback to the time when Paul danced for Chris Evans aka Captain America when the two first met. Scroll down to read the scoop.
back in 2020, Diversity released a virtual segment titled ‘Actors on Actors’ which featured some of the most popular A-list names in the Hollywood industry and discussed all kinds of things for their fans.
The segment linked Paul Rudd with Chris Evans and the two of them discussed how they reacted to each other when they first met. As for the unversed, Paul and Chris are both part of Marvel and have worked together in a lot of movies.
Talking about meeting each other for the first time, Chris Evans said, “Even in the world of “Avengers”, it was like welcoming you into the fold, but very quickly. I imagine Can’t think you’re not interacting with the group. You’re like sorbet, just a palate cleanser. It’s always welcome.”
Adding to this, Paul Rudd said, “When I was working with you on “Civil War,” for the first scene that we had in the car, American captain The actor interrupted and said, “That was the first day I met you.”
The Ant-Man actor then said, “Yeah. And there was a real kind of nervousness about Scott Lang, and I really played in that because that was part of what I was feeling anyway. I would look around and Thinking, “Wow, there’s Chris Evans and there’s Sebastian Stan, and wow — and there’s suits.” Do you remember what a little makeshift locker room was like? We’re changing into all kinds of things, and I put suits on the rack. Look. It felt like a Super Bowl winner in the locker room of a football team.”
Chris Evans told a funny anecdote from that day and said, “I don’t know if you remember it. That day was literally the day I met you, [Anthony] Mackie and Me and Scarlett [Johansson] It came to our mind that we were going to shoot—it’s so hilarious—a little video for the Marvel Gang, like a little culmination, like an annual video, set to that song from “Grease.” “We walk together, like a Ram Lama,” whatever that song is. We were just going to hang out, take short clips of videos of people dancing and cut it together. The first day I was like, “Okay, I’m going to start collecting some of this footage.” I have footage. I was like, “Hi, nice to meet you. You don’t know me, but can I have it?” It was you, Mackie, I guess [Jeremy] Rainer, Sebastian, and I just said, “Look, everybody, just dance for 30 seconds,” and you did it. You were a great sport. You willingly danced with little explanation on my part, and then I never finished the video. I just left it. But I found footage from the first day of meeting you in which you were dancing.”
But sadly, Paul Rudd didn’t remember anything from that day and said, “I must have blocked it. I don’t remember it at all.”
