Sonali Bendre Soon Dance India will be back on TV with Dance Little Masters. The actress is one of the judges along with Remo D’Souza and Mouni Roy, BollywoodLife.com got in touch with Sonali exclusively for a small dispute. Sonali shared her excitement for her upcoming TV show and also talked about Women’s Day which is being celebrated across the world today. Sonali has been a part of the industry for decades. The theme for this year’s Women’s Day is Gender Equality. When the actress was asked about the inequality, Sonali told us that the story of gender discrimination will be found everywhere. We are together The actress added that every woman will have a story to tell where they may have faced some discrimination or inequality. Sonali also talked about her upbringing while talking about gender equality.

Sonali Bendre told that she was brought up without any bias. “My parents empowered me, we have three girls in our house and we were never treated differently from boys. So, I think in that sense, it (gender equality) happened to me a while back. And I think that’s what each of us can do for the community around us.”
When we are talking to an actress, the entertainment industry is full of stories of prejudice and stereotyping or inequality towards women. Be it the pay gap, the length of the role or the depth of the role, there are various examples of discrimination against women at the workplace. After working in the industry for a long time, Sonali must have seen or seen instances of discrimination against women. When asked about the upcoming change in the industry and the world, the actress said that she is happy to see the change in the landscape. Although Sonali said that it is still not much. We asked Sonali how far she thinks everything has come as far as gender equality is concerned, she said, “We’ve barely come very far. It’s not much. That’s what’s happening. “I think the talks have just begun. We see a change because the talks have just begun. But we still have a long way to go.”
